In this class, you will learn how to make Doro Wot, a rich and flavorful traditional chicken stew typically reserved for special occasions like Easter, served with boiled eggs. We’ll also prepare a delicious side of collard greens, along with Ethiopian clarified butter (niter kibbeh) and fresh Ethiopian cheese (ayib).
