Tofu Soup Recipe
2 tbsp Eleni’s Kitchen Kulet Red Pepper Hot Sauce
1/2 package Tofu
2 tbsp sun dried tomatoes
4 fresh green onions, chopped
4 cups water
1/4 cup dried mushrooms
1 small potatoes, boiled and diced
1 small lime juice
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp roasted, shredded seaweed
How to make the soup?
In a sauce pan put sun dried tomatoes and green onions, fried 1-2 minutes.
Add water and Eleni’s Kitchen Kulet Red Pepper Hot Sauce, dissolve it in low heat. Add potatoes, tofu, lime juice and mushrooms. Cook it about 10-15 minutes in medium heat. Before turn off the stove add seaweed cook about a minute only. Serve it hot.
